As an enhancement of the ROMICO 1A software we are integrating all functions as add-ons into the Microsoft Teams application. Our goal is to make every one of the user-friendly 1A functionalities accessible on the Teams with the Teams user interface. All of the advantages of the 1A interface with its intuitive organisation in containers will be reproduced and synchronised in Teams. Status, call-forwarding, plus any other user settings from 1A Client are automatically available in Teams.
A bidirectional synchronisation enables a real-time reproduction of all settings from Teams to VoIP telefony and vice versa. It becomes obsolete to transfer personal settings into the new application, such as presence management, call-forwarding or container set-up. A maximally integrated systems environment is what has made call-flow management so efficient, The contact details of every out-going caller can be displayed and are saved in the caller journal.
